During the last months of 2016 we talked on numerous occasions, both on the radio program 'This is Paddle' as in the newspaper Padel World Press, of the internationalization of this sport. Now, thanks to Fernando Blanca, responsible for Marketing and International Business Development at The Padel Company, we will get to know more in depth the different opportunities that this sport begins to offer outside our borders.
Padel World Press .- Over the past year, in the aforementioned spaces we talked about the internationalization of paddle tennis with representatives of companies that build tracks, brands of blades, computer systems for club management, etc ... But we had not yet discussed the issue of training.
How, where and when is the learning process of the technical and tactical keys of the game carried out by foreign practitioners? How in turn are the local instructors who are to teach the users of their clubs qualified?
It is a key aspect in this phase of the expansion process, about which we will discuss a lot in the coming months.
For the moment, it should be noted that from now on there are new opportunities for training professionals, for monitors ... But not just any monitor will do; They must be properly qualified, multifunctional, proactive, ambitious, with their own initiative and, of course, with languages, at least with a good 'medium' level of English.
It is no secret that new clubs appear every day throughout Europe as well as in territories as far away as Australia and Asia Pacific, the United States, South America and even Africa and the Middle East. They are new businesses that require experienced personnel to help them develop them with certain guarantees.
In fact, we are already requesting professionals with these characteristics and currently there is a very interesting opportunity for a person who wants to help develop a new project on the other side of the world.
