Padel World Press - The best padel player in the world, Agustín Tapia renews with the Catalan brand Nox until 2028. A safe bet as is the Mozart of Catamarca.

Minor (17 years old), Agustín Tapia landed in Spain to train in the Nox Future Academy by Pablo Crosetti. This padel prodigy with the look of "having never broken a plate in his life" was about to dazzle the world with a supernatural talent within the 20 × 10.

It was together with Marcelo Jardim in 2018, at the Catalunya Master, where he began his climb to No. 1. Although his first title as a professional he had to wait another year, forming team with the Boss, Fernando Belasteguin, and only 20 years old.

Also with Bela, Tapia obtained the title of Master after beating, in a memorable match, Juan Lebron and Ale Galán with a tiebreaker which went up to 24 points.

Afterwards, Tapia's stages on the circuit have been loaded with titles, for example with Pablo Lima in 2021 playing metal on two occasions (Las Rozas Open and Málaga Open), also with Sanyo Gutiérrez with which they won several important titles to close the mid-season (2022) as the second best couple in the world.

Already in 2023 and with his current partner, Arturo Coello, Tapia's career has been unstoppable, winning 10 World Padel Tour titles and 3 Premier Padel titles, a figure that allowed them to end the year as the best couple in the world. And in 2024 things seem like they will not change much, the level of the Spanish-Argentine couple remains the same and their strongest rivals are changing partners.
