Padel World Press .- Mapi and Majo Sánchez Alayeto arrived in Galician lands with morale in the clouds after having chained a great gust of play and results, which had led them to consecutively win the Estrella Damm Valencia Master, the Victoria Mijas Open Beer and the Vallbanc Andorra La Vella Open.
In Lugo too they were following a very successful path, with comfortable victories against Lorena Alonso - Maite Gabarrús (6-1 and 6-2), Patty Llaguno-Eli Amatriain (6-2 and 6-1) or Marta Ortega - Ari Sánchez (7-5 and 6-1).
Present in a new final they met some rivals who faced a very special encounter because shortly before the tournament there was the death of the father of Alejandra Salazar, a 'Fierita' that decided to take all its claw to be able to dedicate what would be something more than a simple title.
And that's what happened!! Marta and Ale dominated from beginning to end and managed to make the Atomic Twins not feel comfortable at any time, so they won by 6-2 and 6-3.
