Just a few days ago the great Pinto cyclist played his last stage as a professional runner. Shortly before ending his participation in La Vuelta 2017, the 'gunman' joined the list of known faces who have already wanted to collaborate with the project jointly launched by the Cesare Scariolo Foundation and by StarVie.

Padel World Press .- At the beginning of February, and under the motto 'Solidarity Paddle', both the Foundation and the heads of the 100% Spanish brand signed a collaboration agreement by which they committed to working hand in hand to raise funds that will be used to fight Childhood Cancer.

If just a few days ago we saw the brothers Juancho and Willy Hernangómez, centers of the NBA and the Spanish National Team, or the singer Manu Carrasco collaborating with this initiative, this time it was Alberto Contador who signed several StarVie sports articles that will be auctioned soon.

Always committed and willing to help in all kinds of solidarity actions, the cyclist said: «I am very satisfied to be able to join something so necessary in our days such as the fight against Childhood Cancer. Actions like this help many children to get ahead in their day to day life.

On a special day for him as the one that marked the end of his long and successful career, in which he won 2 Giros de Italia (2008 and 2015), 3 Vueltas a España (2008, 2012 and 2014) and 2 Tours of France (2007 and 2009), Contador did not want to miss the opportunity to do his bit with 'Pádel Solidario'.

New and important step for a project that will help children who are receiving cancer treatment, as well as provide social and psychological support to their families.

This is StarVie... Be a Star !!!
