He is one of the many 'anonymous' lovers and practitioners of this wonderful sport. She is one of those people who can not wait to pick up the shovel and enter the track. Do you want to know his story? Here we tell you

Padel World Press .- After a life completely linked to the world of football, David Férez could not resist the charms of the paddle since the first time he practiced it. Restless, eager to learn and to train, he soon obtained his first degrees and, at present, he has turned into a profession what was once a true passion.

The Madrilenian wanted to share his story with the readers of Padel World Press. Undoubtedly, a testimony that is worth reading.

"Hello everyone:

My name is David Férez Crespo. My beginning in the world of paddle was about five years ago, more or less, and in the most normal way in the world: in my urbanization, in the company of a friend.

I had never played this sport before since I come from a family where we have all been footballers and my time and profession was dedicated to football. I started playing paddle tennis after I retired, as an alternative sport that allowed me to stay in shape and not take much weight ... But, to my amazement, I was hooked from the first day.

I was playing games little by little until I decided to take classes for the bug that had entered me. As it would be the thing that to the 8 or 9 months I started to play tournaments and win them, or achieve good results.

As I saw that I was good at it, I decided to get the title of monitor with a good friend of mine, who put the paddle much more inside me, who helped me see it in another way, the great Dani Herrera, with his company RFP Pádel Plus. As he told me, he was a padel geek in the good sense of the word, since I love to soak up news about players, coaches, player sponsorship, textiles, rackets etc ... Everything that revolved around padel.

Then I was gathering more titles at the Federation level and the next one I want to do will be Professional Coach. I work at the Tennis and Paddle School Villanueva de la Cañada, with which we have almost 550 students.

If I had to highlight something, what I like most about padel is that it is a sport that, with whatever level you have, from the first day is very addictive. It hooks you up fast and every day it asks you for a little more ... And that does not count on the personal relationships that are made, as it is a sport that is played between 4.

On the other hand, inside the court my favorite hits are the tray and the viper while the one that should improve is the auction.

The truth is that the paddle has left me many anecdotes ... A refusal was to suffer a broken glass of a student in school and, among the positive, I would stay with the day I won my first tournament ... And I won A great friend of mine and partner, so the pique was tremendous.

If I had to encourage people to practice padel, I would say that, first of all, it is a sport that allows you to have a lot of social relationship because after the game you always end up taking something and there many friendships are made. I would also say that it is tremendously beautiful, addictive, that you work hard if you do things right. It does not take long to want to improve, to want to compete, to receive classes, to improve yourself ... It is super honest, something that nowadays is seen little.

Greetings to all and see you by the tracks.

David Ferez ".
