Padel World Press .- Between the months of June and July we will know the name of all the selections that will ensure their place for the Paddle World 2018 which, as we pointed out at the time, will take place in Paraguay from the 28 in October to the 04 in November.
The FIP confirmed just a few days ago the final dates and locations in which the last 'battles' will take place to achieve one of the places in play to be present in the competition for the most important selections in the world. Up to four continents will host the different Classificatory Phases in which the national teams that make up the groups formed by zones will be seen.
The first appointment will be given in Australia, to be more exact in the city of Gold Coast. From the 08 to the 10 in June you will receive the national teams of the Men's Group of Asia + Oceania. For its part, it will be in Chiba (Japan), where the selections of the Women's Group of these two zones will fight for the classification. In this case, the shocks will develop from 15 to 17 in June. That same weekend will be the turn for the 1 Groups of Europe + Africa Masculine and Feminine, which will make the activity move to Ghent (Belgium).
Already in the month of July the calendar and the last European places for the World Cup will be completed with the qualifying appointments to be held in Holland and Poland from 05 to 08 and from 12 to 15 respectively. These venues will host the 2 Men's and Women's Groups and the 3 Men's Group.
To finish, the Men's Teams of the United States and Mexico will play one final in two series, that will begin in Miami and will have its outcome in Mexico City. At the moment, it is only known that it will be played before the July 15 although its start date has not yet been confirmed.
The 2018 Paddle World Cup will be completed at the beginning of August, from Thursday 02 to Sunday 05, with the Repesca phase to be held in Ghent. In it will be present different squads from the Qualifying Phases among which we will find, within the Men's Category, the finalist of the USA-Mexico, the second classified of the 1 Group of Europe + Africa, the second and the third of the 2 Groups and 3 of these same areas as well as the second of the Asia + Oceania Group; For its part, in the Women will be present the selection that is second in the Group 1 Europe + Africa, which are second and third in the 2 and 3 Groups, and the second in the Asia + Oceania.
Very soon we will be able to live the final step of many teams and players who bid to put their countries as authentic references in the world of paddle, making reality a dream only available to very few.
