Padel World Press .- Within the framework of International Tourism Fair (FITUR) took place the presentation of this event that, as it was possible to know, will be played from the 25 from June to the 01 of July in the facilities of the clubs Pádel Spartan Melilla y City Center of Melilla while its Final Phase will be developed in the Javier Imbroda Ortiz Sports Pavilion.

In this act, which was held at the Melilla stand, they were present Ángel García, General Director of Sports of the Autonomous City of Melilla; Javier Mateo, Councilor for Tourism of Melilla; Luis Torres, Director of Expansion of World Padel Tour;  Juan Mendez, from Madison and Director of the Challenger Circuit in Spain; as well as Uri Botello, current number 33 of the Ranking and great ambassador of Melilla in the world of paddle.

It is no secret that the passion for this sport is very great in the Autonomous City and, thanks to the effort made by its authorities, fans will have the opportunity to see many of their idols in action, whom they try to imitate every time they they enter a track.

As Ángel García himself explained during his speech: "The great investment that the Autonomous City has been making in sports has had its prize". For his part, Juan Méndez wanted to ensure that: "It will be an event in which Melilla and Melilla will enjoy the best players of paddle" while Uri Botello, very excited, wanted to highlight the pleasure that involves him to participate in a test of the Professional Circuit in his hometown.

With this announcement, the Melilla Challenger it became the first tournament of the 2018 season officially confirmed… And it is that little by little we are approaching the beginning of a campaign that promises strong emotions.
