The Padel for All Association has received the award as a finalist of the 'Vº Sports Solidarity Awards', It is about prestigious awards that the Sport, Culture and Development Association, with support from the Sports Council and under the chairmanship of SAS , Princess Nora of Liechtenstein, awarded annually.
Padel World Press .- These important awards were born five years ago with the aim of publicizing and distinguishing all those initiatives whose achievements are an example of generosity to help solve, taking advantage of the enormous possibilities presented by sport, the problems of poverty, injustice, hunger, abandonment, discrimination, illness and ignorance between childhood and youth.
The public ceremony for the delivery of these awards took place in the Auditorium of the Cibeles Center in Madrid, under the honorary presidency of Doña Ana Botella, mayor of Madrid.
Kiki de la Rocha, President of Aspado, was very satisfied after receiving this recognition, which does nothing but highlight the dedication and enthusiasm with which all those who are part of the Padel for Everyone Project work to make this wonderful sport becomes a means to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities.
Declared of national public utility by the Ministry of the Interior, Aspado attends each year to some 200 people with different types and degrees of disability.
