Goal achieved. That is the best summary that could be made of the appointment that took place on April 16 on the Sanset Pádel Indoor courts. More than 140 people participated in 'Singing for Syria', a test organized for the benefit of Doctors without Borders.

Padel World Press .- It was not a simple weekend tournament. There were many reasons that made it different and, among them, it may be that the most important was that it was an event with a charitable nature, belonging to the initiative Singing for Syria.

What is this project about? Very simple: its main objective is to raise funds for refugees from the war in Syria and, this time, the money obtained was allocated to Doctors Without Borders.

Once again, the paddle showed its most supportive face and the best expectations were fulfilled. In the facilities of Sanset Pádel were present more than 140 players, not missing the 'Massages Solidarity' offered by J. Cuenca Clinics and, in addition, there was a great participation in the charity raffle that, by the way, was moderated by Cecilia Reiter and Carolina Navarro, who once again showed their usual sympathy.

Many were the companies that got involved and made this appointment possible with their contributions, large and small. In a following article we will give space to some representatives for those who want to know them a little more and thank them for their essential support.

And what about the tournament itself? Well, it was an excellent afternoon of paddle tennis. Vibrant parties, always with a good atmosphere and sportsmanship, as well as a good level. We were able to see in action many of those 'regular gamers' of the most attractive tournaments as well as some other relevant member of important companies in the world of paddle, such as Alberto Mancho, Director of Production of StarVie.

It was also possible to enjoy an exhibition of the work carried out by the athletes of 'Special Olympics' who had their moment of glory during the ceremony of awarding the deserved medals for their effort, tenacity and courage. A recognition and an award for a job well done.

In this link You can see the delivery of medals by the hand of Carolina Navarro and Cecilia Reiter.

In short, all the attendees lived in first person one of those days which leaves with a smile and will be remembered throughout the year.

Congratulations to Chus Lavilla, from the 'Singing for Syria' team, and to Ana Puebla and David de la Cruz, from the organizing team.
