Spain can return to the FIP Board

Padel World Press .- Just a few days ago, from the FIP they wanted to officially confirm the candidatures presented for both the Presidency and the Board of Directors of the governing body of paddle tennis worldwide in the face of some elections that will take place next April.

In them, figure Ramón Morcillo, President of the Spanish Paddle Federation, whose name is present in the list of applicants to occupy a place in the next governing body of the FIP. As he pointed out: “In these five months, as we announced from day one, we have been working to configure a new framework for institutional relations and this candidacy is part of it. We have a lot to contribute to the growth of paddle tennis internationally and, for this, it is necessary for the Spanish Federation to have a solid presence in the FIP ”.

It should be noted that the candidacy of Ramón Morcillo to the board of the International Paddle Federation should join the arrival of Spain to the European Continental Commission of the international organization.

In his statements, Ramón Morcillo highlighted: “There is great harmony with President Luigi Carraro and his work team. President Carraro arrived at the International Federation at a very difficult time and he has done a good job. I think it would be good if he and his team had four more years to develop their project ”.

It should not be overlooked that Luigi Carraro's candidacy for the presidency has been proposed by a total of 12 countries: Spain, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Spain, United States, Italy, Mexico, Paraguay, United Kingdom and Uruguay.
