Padel World Press .- In this month's article, and by popular request, we are going to address a much-discussed topic. First of all, I want to make it clear that this is my opinion, my experience on a personal level and that of my clients and team. I do not want to lecture or suggest that other methods do not work. Quite simply, this is mine, the one I trust and the one I recommend. As you know there are many comments for and against whether it is good to take supplements that reinforce a good diet or not; if once they are left there is a rebound effect, if in the long term they are good ...

I will try to clarify (again I say that from my point of view and based on facts, not on opinions) all these doubts.

I think that if we can agree on something, that is that nowadays the quality of food, nutritionally speaking, is not the same as it was years ago. Fruits do not taste like fruit, vegetables less because they ripen in cameras so they do not absorb the nutrients of the plant in the maturation process ... Meat has more and more hormones, medicines, etc ... With this, I am not saying that we do not eat 'food' to use; I say that no matter how well we try to eat, what we put in our mouths is not enough for our organism.

The human body requires, at the feeding level, more than 100 different nutrients per day. Many of them are not stored or produced, so you have to provide them on a daily basis and, not only that, but must be in the right proportions. The lack of them does not mean that our body stops working but, of course, its lack accumulated over the years if it can cause disorders such as overweight, abdominal fat, cholesterol, high sugar, injuries, fatigue, stagnation at the time of lose or gain weight, poor performance, loss of concentration ...

Since we are not born being alchemists and also we do not have time for anything (and the little we have we dedicate to other things like playing paddle tennis), this is where the supplements and powdered foods or shakes come in, among others.

 What would happen if we had the perfect food on a nutritional level, in a format that allowed us to take it anywhere, prepare it in a minute and cost a little more or less than a coffee? Well, that food exists and, together with other products that complement it, provide us with everything our body needs. It's not magic, it's science. Behind that glass there are years of research, renowned doctors, Nobel Laureates in Medicine and much more. That's why it works, because when we give the body what it needs, it acts accordingly.

The possible to regulate weight and body composition (since muscle is not the same as fat), increase energy levels, eliminate anxiety, improve physical fitness, improve post-workout recovery and a long etcetera, all of Healthy, easy, controlled, economical and fast form that adapts to our rhythm of life.
