On the verge of starting the second of its four modules, the students of the first Expert in Management of Facilities of Paddle still enjoy and consolidate the important teachings they have received over the last month. And they all agree on the same thing: this has only just begun.

Padel World Press .- With a first level teaching staff, with a very well structured syllabus, in which each and every one of its points was subjected to a meticulous analysis, it is not surprising that the level of satisfaction expressed by the students in these first weeks is being very positive.

Far away, those three first face-to-face sessions seem to have already ended, during which, between the 10 and 12 days in April, great speakers delighted their attendees with their knowledge. One of them was Koki Martí, founder of the City of the Racket and a model to follow when managing any type of sports facility.

During his presentation, the 'alma mater' of one of the most important and prestigious clubs in Spain, left the students with their mouths open and, as a summary, two phrases could be highlighted that will serve as a guide or orientation when facing the address of a club:

- Everything new is getting old.

- The equipment is basic.

Another of the speakers was Daniel Fernández, Manager of Pádel Training and R3 Mejorada Pádel. During his speech, he left those present with a sequence on how to move forward to achieve proper management of a paddle club:

- Present properly in order to sell the product.

- Offer differential services and equipment.

- Plan and organize activities developing tasks with a team of specialized professionals.

- Evolve in search of success.

Already within the first module of EGIP, the one directed to the Management of Facilities of Paddle, it had a very important part oriented to the Human Resources of the company. During the same, we worked on the following statement:

"Whether we realize it or not, companies and paddle tennis too, are made up of PEOPLE, people who we must know how to direct, lead, train, guide, encourage and ... SERVE.

Yes, you heard correctly, SERVING. Because to lead in the best way, we must first serve our collaborators. How? Very easy. Putting ourselves at your service so that these employees increase their work performance, so that they achieve their professional goals, so that they are satisfied with their work and, consequently, so that their performance and performance is above the average and, in the end, we get an optimal circuit of productivity ".

As the most responsible for this impressive project remind us: "Do not forget: to LEAD first you have to SERVE. A big hug from EGIP and a lot of encouragement to our students and our future members of EGIP. "
