Padel World Press .- Do not miss this new 'lesson', in which one of the most important coaches in the world of paddle will return to put their knowledge and experience at the service of all practitioners of this wonderful sport.

In this video, Miguel Sciorilli will try to answer one of the questions that his students and other amateur amateurs continue to ask him ... And, to do so, this time he focused on three key points for its realization as well as offering an exercise that fans could put into practice.

Why is it sometimes difficult to center the ball on the paddle? It may be due to the fact that the paddle racket is too far behind and the feet are not moving. The solution, very simple. In the first place, it would be 'prepare cortito', that is, keep the contacts as short as possible. Next, it is very important 'adjust the feet' to be able to arrive comfortably to 'catch' the ball with the shovel. Finally, we should take into account the height of the ball. We have to try to introduce a height in our heads to hit the ball, for example, at the height of the knees. In that sense, you have to move to be always ready to execute the blows just at that height.

The next step would be to practice again and again. It can be done with minigolpes, which would be made in minipistas. These concepts, which may seem complicated to understand, will be explained in this great tutorial.

Very excited about this new project, Miguel said: "I hope you liked the explanation and, above all, I also await your comments. If it has been useful, do not hesitate to share it with your friends. "
