Very satisfied with the final result of the App, Victoria Bueso told us: “We had the idea since we opened the doors of the club but we could not find an App that was exactly what we wanted. So when our friends from Padelclick, the Colors Management program, showed us this option, fully adapted to our club and what our clients need, we did not doubt it. Although it is a new added expense, we were very clear about the importance of making this improvement. The truth is that this is something that usually happens to us. As soon as we see something that will help us improve our quality, we always do it… And it is because it costs us not to always try to have the best of everything for Colors ”.
With his eternal smile on his face, with the emotion of having started a new part of his challenge, he revealed: “The process has been long because we wanted to have many details adapted to our day to day life. Both Antonio and I are very involved in everything that happens in each of the parts of our club. We take care in person to solve any inconvenience or problem, we know what we need, where we fail, what our clients like the most ... That is why we have been very on top of this application, so that it came out as perfect as possible ”.
After having placed great expectations on this project, he pointed out: “We all have little time and, therefore, we all tend to coincide at the time we want to book. As always, we explain to our clients that doing it online is the best option to book since, that way, you can see the free hours, the available tracks, consult with your friends ... Although the web is easy, the truth is that this App will be even more so. What we expect from it is that it makes things easier for users and that, for them, it is more comfortable to book and easier to organize themselves by seeing all the normal and special 'I am joining' of their level in a simple click. Furthermore, it will allow them to keep up to date with all the news and all the content that we will develop little by little ”.
On the first reactions and the feedback received, he said: "Now it has been released for Android but for iOS it will be released in a few days. We have only been with her for a few days but the welcome has been great. People did not expect it because we kept it a secret ... It is already a reality and we are very happy to meet objectives.
