The Spanish Commission of the Paddle Industry has launched the process to promote the drafting and approval of a UNE Standard, certified by AENOR, to regulate the standardization and homologation in the manufacture of paddle tennis courts.

Padel World Press .- As indicated through a press release, the objective pursued with this initiative is to achieve quality and safety levels that generate confidence in potential international clients, especially in an element such as the track, which is essential for the development of sport.

With this common goal, the different companies that are part of the CEIP decided to intervene in an active way in the standardization and homologation of the manufacture of paddle tennis courts.

To achieve this, CEIP has become a member of the AEN / CTN 147 of the regulatory body AENOR, where through one of its working groups a national standard will be drawn up. Once the UNE standard has been published in the Official State Gazette, the corresponding process of transposition to the European Norm will begin so that it is valid also in the rest of the countries of the European Economic Community.

With this initiative, the Spanish Padel Industry Commission reinforces the commitment of all its members and its current Board of Directors to achieve continuous improvement in all those processes “that allow the Spanish padel industry to lead the internationalization of this sport of the that we are the most important power in the world ”.
