Padel World Press .- Just a few hours ago, the measures published in the BOCM with ORDER 1273/2020 came into force. In them, the Ministry of Health establishes a series of preventive measures in certain municipalities of the Community of Madrid. In turn, Order 1178/2020 was also extended and modified, in which specific temporary and exceptional measures were adopted for reasons of public health to contain COVID-19 in certain population centers.
As summarized from the Madrilenian Paddle Federation, The most important points of order 1273/2020 of application for sports facilities are:
" - Second: Scope of application
The measures contained in the third section of this Order will be applicable to all persons who are or circulate, as well as to those who are owners of any economic, business or establishment of public use or open to the public located in the following municipal terms:
Alcalá de Henares
alcobendas.
Alcorcon.
Fuenlabrada.
Getafé.
Leganes.
Madrid.
Mostoles.
Talk.
Torrejon de Ardoz.
- Third: Specific preventive measures
- The entry and exit of people from the municipalities listed in the previous section is restricted, except for those displacements, adequately justified, that occur for any of the following reasons:
- Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.
- Compliance with labor, professional, business or legal obligations.
- Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.
- Return to the habitual place of residence.
- Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
- To travel to financial and insurance entities.
- To carry out required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies.
- To carry out renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.
- To take exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.
- Due to force majeure or a situation of need.
- Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
The circulation by road and roads that pass or cross the territorial areas that constitute the object of this Order will be allowed as long as they have origin and destination outside of it.
The movement of residents within the affected municipalities is allowed, always respecting the individual and collective protection measures established by the competent health authorities, although the population is discouraged from traveling and carrying out non-essential activities.
- All establishments, commercial premises and services open to the public may not exceed fifty percent of the allowed capacity and will have the legally authorized closing time, not being able to exceed 22:00 in any case.
This time limitation will not apply to pharmaceutical, medical, veterinary, automotive fuel establishments and others considered essential, understood as those that provide or perform essential and non-postponed services.
- Sports may be carried out in sports facilities, both outdoors and indoors, as long as fifty percent of the maximum allowed capacity of the facility is not exceeded indoors and sixty percent outdoors. Group sports are limited to a maximum of six people.
In the official competitions of state scope and non-professional character and the international competitions that are under the organizational tutelage of the Spanish sports federations that take place in the municipalities provided for in section 1.1, the Protocol of action for the return of competitions will be applied state officials and non-professional in the 2020/2021 season, prepared by the Superior Sports Council ”.
The new reality forces us to adapt to avoid possible infections and, as far as possible, to continue enjoying our passion for paddle tennis in a reasonable way.
