The students of the Paddle Facilities Management and Direction Expert are preparing to close in the best possible way the block directed to Management and Direction, a module in which, among other things, they have received the keys to correctly identify the future and the best location of the Paddle Club as well as the training to carry out a Viability Project (Business Plan) that ensures all the possible variables.

Padel World Press .- In the next few days the latest videos recorded by Jorge Martínez and Miguel Matía will be available, who will explain the fundamental aspects of the School in which will be the last lessons before ending the 1 Module.

It should be remembered that over the past weeks, students have worked on such important points as:

- Define type of club and profile of the clients to whom they will be directed.

- Based on the previous point, define what products, how much and in what way will be offered to your target.

- Identify, select and direct the Human Team that will implement these products.

- Define the correct procedures and methodologies to carry out these procedures successfully.

- Define objectives by product and business area, as well as a very detailed evaluation and monitoring process, marked in time, to avoid deviations from business plans.

- Define contingency plans to be used in cases of deviations.

No margin for rest, with the aim of continuing to form the best possible way to the first promotion of professional managers and qualified padel facilities, will come the start of its second block, which will be dedicated to Infrastructure and Facilities.

Its responsible and coordinator will be Francisco Javier Medina del Cojo, Partner and Project Manager of E + M Urban.
