Padel World Press .- Brilliant point and end for the Valencia Open Women's Draw. In an unprecedented final, Ale Salazar - Gemma Triay would fight for their second consecutive title but, to achieve it, they would have to overcome one of the most fit pairs of the season: Delfi Brea - Tamara Icardo.

With the forces very even from the opening bars, with a tremendous exchange of blows, neither pair managed to gain an advantage on the scoreboard and, as a consequence, a tie break was reached in which Ale and Gemma made no concessions and went ahead. in front of the 'locals' (6-7).

In a reaction full of courage, the Valencian Icardo and the Argentine Brea broke the serve of their rivals in the first games of the second heat and, with morale through the roof, they not only maintained that income but also expanded it and they were able to level the contest (6-7 and 6-1).

Already in the third and final set, Salazar - Traiy came to send 0-3 but, on paddle tennis, nothing can be taken for granted. The meeting became a 'blessed madness' and, in that debauchery, the spark and freshness of the applicants made them turn the situation around and close the victory by 6-7, 6-1 and 6-4.

After 2 hours and 37 minutes, Tamara Icardo and Delfi Brea won the Valencia Open and added their second title this season.

The magic of the Women's Circuit does not stop and the countdown begins so that, from July 12 to 18, the Tau Cerámica Marbella Challenger 2021 will be played.

The show does not stop and we can only say ... Enjoy the Game !!!
