The reason is very simple: the players have the same weapons to fight for a position in the Ranking (a shovel, a field of play and three balls.) So for those in love with the paddle, I invite you to value the coaches observing those nuances that make them different: from the tactics used (and their ability to adapt), through the technical improvements they provide or, even, the analysis of small details like the enjoyment of a player in his way of walking while competing.
That test will give you clues as to whether a trainer is really getting the most out of his players' potential.
