El Villa of San Javier Challenger has proper names. And maybe this year's Challenger. Maxi Grabiel and Pablo Lijó have recorded their signature on fire on Sunday in Murcia after prevailing in the final to Willy Lahoz and Víctor Ruiz for 6-3 and 6-3.

Because Lijó and Grabiel, Grabiel and Lijó, are synonymous with guarantee in the Challenger. The Spanish-Argentine couple has been the most profitable has taken the least of the World Padel Tour competitions with the second title -from four tournaments- in San Javier.

En a final that marked them as clear favorites, Pablo and Maxi did not shy away from the label. From the first game they adopted the pattern of dominators and imposed their paddle dominating Lahoz and Ruiz who, perhaps, accused something of being present in a grand finale.

With a first set to frame (6-3) the party started and what is more important, the future of the final. Everything led to think that they were going to command the decisive moments of the meeting and it would be so.

If the first set was a clear example of what it is to be at the right time and place, the second was a perfect set. Maxi and Pablo had a roadmap to follow and nobody was going to change course.

They tried Willy and Victor. They looked for different dynamics by shorting the game of Grabiel and Lijó, but it was neither the day nor the place. The temperance of Grabiel combined perfectly with the network power of Lijó and the result could not be other than victory.

With another 6-3 closed the game and added a new triumph. Second title in the Challenger for Lijó and Grabiel in three disputed tournaments. A new blow on the table in goodbye to what has been his favorite competition as a duo.
