The lack of good results in the first two tournaments of the campaign, since they fell in the first round of both the Estrella Damm Catalunya Master and the Estrella Damm Alicante Open, motivated the two players to decide to separate their paths in search of new challenges and an improvement in their feelings.
With her mind set on the Zaragoza Open, which will take place from April 29 to May 05 both on the slopes of the Club Pádel Plaza and in the Príncipe Felipe Pavilion, Marta Talaván is preparing to face the start of her new stage with great optimism next to Tamara Icardo. The Valencian, member of the HEAD Padel Rebel Team, is one of the most promising 'reversals' of the World Padel Tour Circuit and, at its 22 years, it is already ranked number 29 in the Ranking.
This year, in the company of Lucía Martínez, both were beaten in the round of 6 in Badalona (2-7 and 5-6) and Alicante (0-7 and 6-XNUMX) by the same rivals: Victoria Iglesias and Teresa Navarro, a of the most fit pairs of the moment.
