To start, Vero Virseda - Lucía Martínez gave one of the surprise of the day and confirmed that they are a very solid and consistent couple. They defeated Patty Llaguno - Virginia Riera in a match that reached the third set 6-4, 1-6 and 6-1. For its part, Alejandra Salazar - Gemma Triay did not fail in their commitment either and defeated Sandra Bellver - Claudia Jensen (6-2 and 7-6).
Delfi Brea - Tamara Icardo once again shone with their own light, they brought out all their weapons and gave an authority blow on the table. With a firm step, they beat Carolina Navarro - Eli Amatriain 6-1 and 6-2.
