The popular club from Malaga will live a real party, in which good games and fun will be assured. This was stated by Juan Alberto Melgar, who made reference to the pride and responsibility that supposes that the Spanish Federation has decided to trust them for the organization of this event.
As highlighted in the interview given to the FEP, the preparation of this Spanish Veterans Championship has been brewing for several months: “We have full confidence in carrying out a great management and development of it. This test fits perfectly with our facilities and with the locality, both in terms of dates and because of the padelistic atmosphere that is breathed throughout Malaga ”.
With regard to what players, coaches and fans will find when they arrive at Las Mesas, Juan Alberto Melgar revealed: “They will find a high-level center, not only in terms of paddle tennis but also that they will be fitness facilities / physiotherapy / sports training that is at the forefront both in terms of material and personnel. In addition, it is located in an environment (Parque Las Mesas) that makes practicing our sport very appealing and pleasant. On the other hand, the players will have the comforts that we can offer and the experience of the staff in holding these championships, knowing the value that must be given to make them feel at home. "
As support for the organization, they received the help of IKASA, official sponsor of the tournament: “Without which, all the expenses that are needed for the development of the event would be very complicated to assume. Your contribution has been essential to apply for the tournament. They have been very cooperative with the event from the beginning, contributing their experience in another sector, such as the promoter, applying it to the world of paddle tennis. The help of the Estepona City Council has also been essential. Always ready to collaborate with all kinds of sports competitions, the logistics, advertising and material work is priceless. Finally, we should mention our partner hotels that, being very requested dates, have been happy to participate with us ”.
For Juan Alberto Melgar, the primary objective at the end of this Spanish Veterans Championship for Club Las Mesas will be: “That the players have felt comfortable and have been able to enjoy the Championship as if it were their own club; May the public enjoy a great sporting event and may the Federation feel proud of having chosen us as organizers ”.
