Padel World Press .- The 10 of April, in the magnificent facilities of the City of the Racket officially rose the curtain of the first Expert in Management and Management of Paddle Installations. With great enthusiasm, both the heads of the project and the students enrolled began to share a very enriching experience, from which the first promotion of professional and qualified managers of paddle installations will come out.
From the first moment, the participants were very surprised by the care and high degree of exigency with which they had taken care of all the details, by the careful preparation of the classroom, by the material they received, by the high quality of the presentations They received ... And, of course, by the technical means that would allow them to recover and be able to witness each talk as many times as they would like to be recorded for the Virtual Classroom.
In the first three face-to-face sessions, attended by a large number of students (not only from Madrid, but also from Extremadura, Valladolid, etc.), the mutual enrichment suffered by both students and teachers was remarkable. In very animated and participative talks, numerous topics and needs were shared in the Management Module and, to encourage the team spirit, different group works were proposed, from which very interesting conclusions were drawn.
As Carlos Ruiz, Operational Director of EGIP, confided to us: "What we intend with this Expert is that the student does not feel that he has paid to buy a title. What we want is for them to learn, to be formed and, therefore, being aware of the demands of their professional and personal lives, we are going to ask them to make an effort, to work and to try to get the most out of this great course. There will be exams, a final work ... But everything very directed to its formation ".
To give just one example of what was commented, Carlos told us that: "In the Marketing Module, and although they will be very well directed by our managers, students will have to prepare a Marketing Plan, in which they must take into account small things how to analyze the environment, to be clear about its mission and what its values are, to establish short, medium and long-term objectives, to carry out periodic evaluations, ... ".
The first one is already underway Expert in Management and Management of Paddle Installations!! The adventure of a project that will give a new dimension to everything related to the specific training on this wonderful sport begins.
