Project developed since the 2014 year in the absence of such a competition, was at the end of 2015 when after several attempts, meetings and projects, the company EresDeporte and the main clubs of the Castilian province of La Mancha joined forces to give definitive form to the best paddle league in the region.
Padel World Press .- You have already taken your first steps. It has already started to shoot a competition that was born with a very clear objective: to become a true benchmark for its management as well as for the fact of being considered an attractive and competitive League, in which the playful component of padel never get lost… In short, a championship to compete with friends and for those who make it up (players, teams and clubs) to enjoy as much as possible while practicing their favorite sport.
As a sign of its good reception among fans should be noted the presence of more than 400 players spread over the 30 teams, which will compete in the 10 over 'Headquarters Clubs' throughout the province ... As they pointed out from the organization : "This only in the first year. Expectations are high. "
With respect to its Calendar, the Super Padel League for Teams of Guadalajara will run between the months of February (the first day was played on the second weekend of this month) and May (the final game is projected for the 28-29 of said month).
In that sense, it should be noted that the competition underwent several modifications since it was expected to have between 250-300 players, a figure was widely surpassed. It was for this reason that the Men's Group was subdivided into 4 different categories (from 1ªA to 2ªB) while the Women's Group, which at first had only one category, will be divided in two in the next dates to favor the show and the competitiveness of it.
It should not be overlooked that this meeting could not have been organized without the support of the clubs, which participate in a way both in the organization and serving as headquarters for the different teams. "Their collaboration has been fundamental to the initial success and will continue to be so for future editions, the show is insured."
As a surprise for the players, note that all of them will participate throughout the competition in different draws, ranging from sports equipment to dinners for complete teams ... All thanks to the sponsors who supported this project from the start or for those who They saw the potential of the Padel League for Guadalajara Teams and joined later (or will soon do so).
The Organizing Committee works constantly to give the best attention to the participants and to improve the competition day by day. Very proud of everything achieved in this first edition, they said goodbye stating that… The best is yet to come!
