The current champion has great players but we have the youngest block and the most united group. In that sense, time is in our favor. "
When it comes to summarizing their participation in the event, it should be remembered that they debuted on Friday with a comfortable 5-0 victory against Peru de Cáceres. On Saturday, already in the semifinals, they had to work hard to beat Team Vibor-A of Valencia 3-2. At this junction, the captain highlighted, due to its difficulty, the duel between Ramiro Moyano-Álvaro Cepero against Bebe Auguste and Belluati. On that occasion they experienced it with the excitement and euphoria of a first time but, on this occasion, everything was different due to the maturity acquired with that experience: "We started as favorites to reach the final but we knew it would be very difficult to win it. We were closer than we thought. "
This great family was joined in 2015 Álex Ruiz, Juanjo Gutiérrez and Tutti Redondo. When talking about his adaptation, he said: "Very good, not to say perfect. Álex already played with us the first year we formed the team and it fit perfectly; Juanjo we have known him for years and we considered him as the home while Tutti adapted very well, despite being the youngest of the team. The best anecdote: “We are always joking with each other, with the staff in hotels, clubs and restaurants… But one of the best anecdotes happened to us on Saturday night, while we were having dinner. The day before we had gone to dinner at a place where we were attended by a waitress who had a lot of success among the youngest of the team. The following night we went to a place that shared the terrace with the place from the night before, several of the components noticed the presence of said waitress and invited her to have dinner with us. Although she did not agree, she stopped by our table when her work shift was over, being cheered by the group and causing a great stupor throughout the restaurant ... A few meters away, when the girl in question was leaving the premises, she grabbed hold of the hand of another girl. Imagine the faces of our boys ”.
