Padel World Press - Spanish Television (TVE), The leading public television in Spain, has committed to Premier Padel after signing an important agreement to relay tournaments in the country of the aforementioned padel circuit worldwide on a non-exclusive basis throughout this Season 2022.Therefore, TVE will begin its coverage of Premier Pádel this July, with the Greenweez Paris Premier Padel Major, which will be held at the iconic Roland-Garros stadium.
The tournament will start on Monday 11 July and it will come to an end Sunday 17 of the same month. The deal also includes the television rights to the inaugural P1 tournament, the Madrid Premier Padel P1, which will take place in WiZink Center during the week covering 1 to August 6. In this way, TVE will broadcast all the "Major" and "P1" tournaments scheduled in the Premier Padel 2022 calendar. Eventually, certain selected matches will be broadcast by Teledeporte and by RTVE Play, the chain's digital platform.

At the same time, the coverage of Premier Padel will continue to be free via YouTube in Spain. That is why the visibility and audiences that Premier Padel is expected to reach in Spain thanks to this agreement with TVE are unprecedented. Similarly, the news highlights the growing popularity of padel worldwide. Thus, Premier Padel was born with the aim of contributing to the expansion of this sport around the world. Premier Padel is the official global padel circuit and is governed by the International Padel Federation (FIP) and endorsed by the Professional Padel Association (PPP) and Qatar Sports Investments (QSI).
It should be noted that the Premier Padel Italy Major held during the past Month of May had the greatest reach in the history of padel, since was broadcast in a total of 167 territories, surpassing the 156 regions that broadcast the inaugural event of Premier Padel, the Ooredoo Qatar Major 2022 of last March. In this way, Premier Padel demonstrates once again its popularity among the main media in the world.
