As for Bela and Lima, note that the current dominators of the WPT Ranking debuted in style and, with ease, left on the way to Godo Díaz-Matías Nicoletti (6-2 and 6-1).

To finish, and in another of the most spectacular commitments of the day, Paquito Navarro-Matías Díaz needed more than two and a half hours to beat Fede Quiles-Jordi Muñoz who, from their union, are performing at an outstanding level (4 -6, 7-5 and 6-4).

The game order of the quarterfinals match is as follows:

16: 00 hours: Sanyo Gutiérrez-Juani Mieres against Silingo-Cristian Gutiérrez.

17: 30 hours: Juan Martín Díaz-Maxi Sánchez against Aday Santana-Willy Lahoz.

19: 00 hours: Ramiro Moyano-Maxi Grabiel against Fernando Belasteguín-Pablo Lima.

20: 30 hours: Tito Allemandi-Miguel Lamperti against Paquito Navarro-Matías Díaz.
