Padel World Press .- The RivaPadel and El Hangar clubs became the venues in which the Women's Pre-Preview of the XXXVI Edition of the Spanish Paddle Championship took place. In an intense day of competition, 8 pairs stepped forward and made their goal of qualifying for the Previous Round come true.

It should be noted that the surprises were constant and that is that only 3 of the seeds met the forecasts ... Among them, the big favorites had to come back a set against. Rebeca López and Cristina López had to work hard to avoid defeat against Patricia García - Marta Guallart (3-6, 6-3 and 6-3). For their part, Marta Caparrós and Sandra Bellver, seeds number two, dominated with great authority against Itzíar Mayorga and Carla Pozuelo (6-2 and 6-0). The other 'candidates' who did not fail were Mónica Gómez and Claudia Jensen, couple 4, who defeated Palma Osorio - Lucía Rodríguez (6-0 and 6-3).

The 'rebellion' of the aspirants

Cristina Musial and Iris Donate were among the first favorites to say goodbye to the tournament. Despite their efforts, they could not beat Marta Pérez - Marta Quevedo in a clash full of alternatives (7-5, 6-7 and 6-3). Something similar happened to Carla Castillo and Marta Borrero, who were outmatched by Rocío Cardo and Sabrina Méndez in the first round. Right after, the latter fell in the final of the Pre-Preview that faced them with Beatriz Bilbao - Irene Gómez (6-3 and 6-4)

On the other hand, the twins of Team Cartri Eunice and Priscila Rodríguez said goodbye to the event after falling to María Rodríguez - Ruth González (6-3 and 7-6) while Nuria Vivancos and Xenia Clasca were stopped by Paz Pérez. Carmen López.

To finish, remember that the Women's Preview will be played entirely in El Hangar. In the aforementioned club, the names of the four couples that will complete the Main Draw of this Spanish Championship will be announced.
