The passion for paddle has 'slipped' into the concentration of the Spanish Basketball Team. During the preparation of the Eurobasket 2017, which will be played from 31 from August to 17 in September, the head of the national team has taken time to measure himself inside the track to two authentic 'towers': the brothers Juan Alberto and Guillermo Hernangómez. So he told Enrique Ojeda, partner of the Diario AS.

Padel World Press .- It is no secret that the current Spanish Basketball Coach is a great fan of paddle tennis. There are many occasions in which we have seen them enjoying themselves with a shovel in their hand, sharing the field with such well-known faces as Juan Martín Díaz, Fernando Belasteguín, Carles Puyol, Enric Masip, Víctor Tomás ... In turn, from his role as President of the Cesare Scariolo Foundation and in collaboration with the prestigious firm StarVie, has launched this year the 'Pádel Solidario Project', which will be organized a minimum of 8 charity parties whose purpose will be to raise funds for the fight against childhood cancer.

Immersed in the concentration to prepare the imminent start of Eurobasket 2017, which will have as rivals in the first phase to Montenegro, Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia and Hungary, Sergio Scariolo does not miss the slightest opportunity to take his 'weapon' and Show your skills with it in your hands.

On this occasion, as Enrique Ojeda told us (Diario AS), the coach decided to face two pivots that already show their talent in the NBA: Juancho Hernangómez (Denver Nuggets) and his brother Willy Hernangómez (New York Knicks).

Against rivals like that, the only sure thing is that Sergio had to propose a game tactic in which the balloons did not have a leading role.
