Padel World Press .- Once again, the paddle shows us again that it has no barriers and that it is capable of reaching any point in the world. On this occasion, we can say that he has already landed in Russia and that he has done so with a strong Spanish accent.

As we have been able to know, in August of 2014 the first two tracks on Russian lands were inaugurated. Three friends and passionate padel fans, such as Andrey Kaklyukhin, Alexandr Vdovin and Christian Tarruella, wanted to take a step forward and set the goal of popularizing this sport among the millions of people living in Russia.

To begin with, they founded the first paddle club in the city of Voronezh, which will go down in the annals of the Federation's history as the birthplace of this sport in Russia. Very active, in the month of September the first three tournaments of the Russian Federation were played and, in February of 2015, a team of the club traveled to Lyon to compete in an international trophy.

Previously, there were already some attempts to take this discipline to Russian territory and the installation of a track, the manufacture of blades was even announced ... Although none of them were successful, now it can be said with complete peace of mind that it is now possible to play! to paddle in Russia !!!

Although for now there are only two outdoor courts with a simple hotel complex of bungalows, sauna, swimming pool, gardens, sports courts, as its top officials say: "Something ideal to spend a few days with a city of one million inhabitants, play paddle tennis and go sightseeing. An indoor is already being built and there are projects for other pending installations. "

With all those plans, you can only dream of a great future for Russian paddle.
