Padel World Press – Jessica Castelló and Aranza Osoro advance to the semifinals of the WPT Barcelona Master Final 2023 after a thrilling three-set victory (5-7, 6-4, 6-2) about Alejandra Salazar and Sofia Araújo in the quarterfinals.
The first women's quarterfinals began in Palau sant jordi with four true warriors on the battlefield. Ale Salazar and Sofia Araujo, taking the lead, took the lead in the match with a very close first set. Aranzazu Osoro and Jessica Castelló managed to tie the match, but, moments later, the Spanish-Portuguese duo managed the next two games perfectly, making a break definitely worth a set (7-5).
