Padel World Press .- Despite the rain and the cold, the facilities of the club located in Las Lomas enjoyed the punch, the delivery and the desire that each and every one of the players who participated in this event put.
To begin with, in the Men's 1st Draw, Raúl Díaz achieved his second victory of the season, this time accompanied by the young David Garcia Campos (the first was achieved with his WPT partner, Raúl Marcos, in the Silver Grand Slam of Sanset). The second seeds were very solid in the title fight clash and won 6-3 and 6-2 over Ale Galán-Tutti Redondo, the revelation couple of the test after defeating the great favorites, Kike Lagarejos -Víctor Sánchez (6-4 and 6-2) and stand, in that way, in what was his second consecutive final.
On the other hand, in the Female Queen Category, Belén Montes-Sandra García had to work hard to defeat Meli Gª Truchado-Ainhoa Rico in an exciting match, which lasted approximately three hours. The alternatives were constant and this was reflected in the 7-6, 5-7 and 6-3 with which the score was closed.
In the 2ª Men's Category Table, the young Íker del Valle, barely 15 years old, achieved the triumph in the company of Juan Restivo. Without conceding a single set in the whole tournament, this interesting combination of youth and seniority left very good feelings, as demonstrated by the double 6-2 with which they defeated Pablo Fernández-Gonzalo Díaz-Terán in the final.
In 2nd Women, Verónica Fernández-Sonia Torras defeated Juliana Sanches-Cristina Martínpor 6-3 and 6-1, the most comprehensive result of the entire tournament for the champion couple, who spent several rounds suffering in the third set.
Finally, in the 3rd Male Category, José Navarro-Jaime Rey took the title by beating Alberto Cabrero-Sergio Bernardez (7-6 and 6-4) in a very fought duel.
The countdown begins for the next appointment of the Madrilenian Federation Circuit, the Grand Slam Gold Revitacell Clinic, which will be played from 02 to 10 in April at the Reebok Sports Club La Finca.
