It is one of the reference names of the female paddle. He barely has 19 years but already has several campaigns making us enjoy with his class and his talent. Recently proclaimed Champion of Spain Sub'23, for the fourth consecutive season, the Adidas player has wanted to share through the Hello Paddle League Blog a series of tricks and suggestions so that fans can fully enjoy this wonderful sport.

Padel World Press .- It has been overcoming barriers at a speed of vertigo. He has won everything in the Children's Circuit, from the National Championships to the World Championships, he has been around for years with the elite of the Professional Circuit and has even competed in the final of a Masters Finals of the World Pádel Tour.

Current number 13 of the WPT Ranking, and a second year student of Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid, wanted to share with the readers of the Hello Padel League Blog a series of recommendations. They would be the following:

1.- Plan: Either you or your party for an hour in which your biorhythms are at their peak. Avoid playing at times when your body is tired or sleepy. That will depend on each person and greatly influences the performance of each player on the court. You can win or lose against the same rival depending on the time you play.

2.- Eat well in advance: This way you will avoid entering the track feeling heavy or, on the contrary, without energy.

3.- Hydrate yourself: And do it right before, during and after the game. It is basic to your performance.

4.- Arrives with time to your party: That will allow you to warm up and enter the activated court, so you can get our best performance and you will not feel excessively fatigued during or after the match. At the end, perform stretches that, after the effort made, will make you "calm down".

5.- Use a good shovel: Because that can improve your game. Choosing a model that suits your style will make things much easier on the track. In my case, for example, I play with the Adidas Supernova Woman that, due to its shape and weight, is designed for us. Also important are good specific shoes for paddle, which provide comfort, stability in the foot and grip on the track.

6.- Plan the digital workplace strategy forward: Always keep in mind the score, do not play the same with an advantage against or in a tie-break. Be smart and use it.

7.- Treat your partner with the utmost respect: As you like to be treated to you or better. Do not gesticulate if it fails, we all make mistakes. When you have a bad game, put yourself in their place. That will unite you much more and will make you better understand each other as you compete together.

8.- Study your opposites: Try to analyze your failures and find the way for your blows to be winners.

9.- Stay focused and mobile throughout the game: And do it even if they do not play you. Support your partner.

10.- Try to win with Fairplay and especially HAVE FUN!
