They are about to face a very special tournament for them. In the Victoria Málaga Open Beers, both Ernesto Moreno and Álex Ruiz will perform before their audience and hope to give more than one surprise ... Thanks to World Pádel Tour we will be able to get to know these two great players more closely.

Padel World Press .- Young, very talented and great friends since they were just children, both are completing a great campaign on the WPT Circuit. Now, before the visit to their land, both Ernesto and Alejandro have an extra motivation because they want to be 'protagonists' before theirs.

Companions during their first steps in this sport, they know each other well and can already boast of having played a semifinals in the current campaign (interestingly, in the same test, the Estrella Damm Valladolid Open).

In Malaga, by going through different parts of the painting, they could only be crossed in a hypothetical ending. They know that this will be very complicated and, therefore, the great objective they have set is to shine with their own light before an audience that will not stop encouraging them or supporting them from the stands.

In this first installment, from World Paddle Tour they leave us with the interview they did with Ernesto Moreno ... ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Enjoy it!

A long-time partner of Álex Ruiz in the Minors Category, why did you decide to separate?

In our stage of Minors we played together and we became Champions of Spain Junir in 201 ... However, when we made the jump to the Professional Circuit we decided to separate and play with more experienced people. We needed to adapt and practice everything we could to keep up.

Is there competition among you now that you are in the elite of the paddle? What would you highlight about Álex on and off the track?

Alex and I have not yet faced each other on the track, but outside of it there is no problem and it is one of my best friends. Always it has been and every time that it lowers to Malaga I take advantage of to play with him. He has been one of the best teammates I have ever had. Surely when we have to face each other in a game there will be competition, but then we will continue to be as friends as ever.

When did you start in the Professional Circuit?

It was in the year 2012. I remember playing in Valencia with Raúl Marcos Durán. We qualified for the Main Draw for the first time, we won in the first round and then they destroyed us in the second round Cristian Gutiérrez and Fernando Poggi who, at that time, were the World Champions.

Your first coach was Pablo Chica, but then came the stage with Jordi Muñoz, with whom you are still working today.

I have to say that Jordi has taught me everything I know and, in addition to being a great friend, he is the best coach that can be by far

Who is your idol?

My idol is Fernando Belasteguín but, to be honest, I feel more identified with Jordi Muñoz.

How do you see the current situation of malagueño paddle?

It has a very good quarry and there are many youngsters who have been Champions of Spain in different Categories of both Male and Female Minors. It is working very well and the results are already being seen.

How do you feel to play this Master in your land?

I dont believe it. I am very excited to play a tournament here. I'm looking forward to the debut day and have the support of all the fans from Malaga. I hope to do my best.

Who would not you like to face in a first round?

I would not like to coincide with Fernando Belasteguín and Pablo Lima ... But I would not like to face me in the first round with Jordi Muñoz-Federico Quiles.

How do you see the Circuit this season?

The changes have done much good to the paddle since, by removing two or three pairs, the vast majority of matches are more equal than in previous years.

What does your partner bring you?

Javier Limones gives me a lot of security and enough tranquility to win games that previously seemed impossible.
