Padel World Press - He started the women's paddle in the Menorca Open. The seventh stop on the calendar World Padel Tour 2020 it started rolling officially and did so with the first rounds of the qualifying phases.

And it is that as usual in the World Padel Tour era, Monday was going to be the day chosen to kick off the women's paddle and the couples aspiring to the previous one were going to be in charge of taking the lead.

A pre-preview that was going to have the participation of the first 16 couples divided into eight duels that were going to propose the first scheme to be resolved this Tuesday with the eight tickets to the previous one.

An exciting day full of the best paddle tennis that would be resolved, yes, by fast track. Of the eight matches, none would need all three rounds and only two would tie-break some of their rounds.

It would already be Tuesday when the pre-preview, with its eight pairs classified to the previous one, was going to give way to the final round that will distribute the ticket boxes to the main draw.

And I would do it in a most exciting afternoon session with up to eight different meetings and exciting resolutions.

They would not be long or marathon duels because, of the eight disputed, only one of them had to need all three rounds to resolve while the remaining seven did, at least, by fast track.

It will be this Wednesday morning when the previous one is defined, in the afternoon, to allow the official start of the Menorca Open competition with the main draw.
