Padel World Press - The professional padel has officially started the season and has done so with the first test of the FIP Tour which has held its first tournament of 2020 in the Castellón town of Burriana.

An appointment that has given the starting signal to the official season of professional paddle tennis in the absence of the start of the World Padel Tour that will not start on the calendar until the beginning of March.

And is that the circuit of the International Padel Federation, the FIP Tour, was going to start this January with its first test in Spanish territory with a FIP Star event that was to bring together a large number of couples of the highest level.

Five intense days of paddle tennis that was going to crown two pairs that were going to achieve this first FIP ​​tournament of 2020 to add the first points of the season.

In the male category Denis Perino and Christian Fuster were going to impose themselves on Sergio Alba and Francisco Gil in a disputed final that would be resolved by three sets with a definitive 6-3, 6-7, and 6-3.

For its part, the female category would rise to Virginia Riera and Sofia Araujo that would not give option to Alicia Blanco and Elena Ramírez By defeating them in two rounds 6-3 and 7-5.
