From the hand of M3, and its Padel Fit Sessions, the first registered and patented system is already underway in which paddle tennis, specific physical preparation, music, dance, fitness, etc ... are combined with group classes of between 8 to 20 people , fans of this wonderful sport will be able to enjoy a new concept when it comes to learning, preparing, improving and sweating on the track.

Padel World Press .- Activity officially presented during the celebration of the I International Padel Hall (with Antena 3 cameras as witnesses), this product registered and patented by M3 is now ready to begin its massive implementation in all clubs in Spain.

To do so, in the month of September the First Monitor Course will be organized that will give its attendees the T-Fit, an essential private title, which will accredit the specialists in specific paddle physical preparation and the Chorus monitors to teach any of the 5 modules that make up this system.

How will Paddle Fit work?

Interested clubs will have to acquire the 'Padel Fit Certification' and, from that moment, they will be able to send the technicians they deem appropriate to receive the relevant training. There will be a defined Course Calendar, so that users can consult in advance and find a date that suits their needs.

Designed and directed by internationally renowned Trainers, Physical Trainers, choreographers, etc., the work methodology includes complete planning, in which exercises and activities will be constantly renewed.

Five modules

At present, several modules are available that have been thought to adapt to the needs of each practitioner: Initiation, Amateur, Physical Preparation, Dance, Cardio Work, Anaerobic Work, etc.

- Padel Fit: Divided in turn into two other modules, such as Padel Fit Mid and Padel Fit Pro. The specific physical preparation led to excellence. The participants will have fun with the planned stations and, in addition, improve their game.

- Aero: Specific aerobic work program on the track. It is highly recommended for all those people who do not have a great physical preparation and who want to get in shape. Ideal for those looking to lose weight as well as for the elderly.

- Chorus: It is a perfect mix between paddle tennis and dance. It has a program in which all movements have been studied to improve physical preparation, prevent possible injuries and improve the coordination of paddle tennis. The students rehearse choreographies for two months, in 1 or 2 weekly sessions and always under the direction of Monitors Graduated in TC (Chorus Technician).

- 3K: How to define it? Well, like the Spinning of the Paddle. It consists of 45-minute sessions of intense work, encouraged with music and with exercises planned to demand maximum performance. Without a doubt, it is the perfect collective class for all those who seek strong sensations, enjoy giving themselves to the fullest and are always willing to exceed their limits.

Starting in September, clubs with Padel Fit Certification will be able to access their content via the web, as well as with the App designed by PadelClick for managing content and classes. On the other hand, it should be noted that training will be carried out at regional and local level to ensure that this initiative reaches every possible corner, for which the most ambitious training agreements and 'franchise' distributors will be sought.
