The World Pádel Tour team went through Barcelona, to share a day in the company of Pablo Lima. The brilliant Brazilian player, member of the 1 number of the world, continues with his recovery process after the operation of the radius of his right arm.

Padel World Press .- Calmly, calmly, with much optimism ... This is how Porto Alegre faces a rehabilitation in which, as positive news, it knows that it has a few months ahead to be able to arrive in full conditions at the start of the 2016 season. Very well clothed by all the members of his team, together they have begun to work, as a first step on the road that still has to go, it should be noted that the 25 staples that were put on him after going through the operating room have already been removed.

Beside Tony Martinez, his physical trainer, has started doing some mobility exercises but without forcing more than necessary. Both his trainers and the player himself know that they have to go little by little, step by step.

Do not miss this original interview, in which the followers of the World Paddle Tour Circuit sent their questions to Pablo Lima through Twitter with the hashtag #preguntaLima.

- Q: Ramón Tuya Otero: What advice would you give to be able to mentally control a game?

What I would tell you is not to worry about the result and to worry about doing your best in every moment of the game. They have to forget whether they are winning or losing and just focus on doing their best. Otherwise, they may become more anxious or relaxed. As I reiterate, you have to focus on doing your best at each point. That is my advice.

- Q: Balinha_FVPA: What advice would you give a right-hander in the drive position? Your key to controlling emotions in a match?

I would tell him to look at his characteristics and improve shots that are obvious in a player on the right. To practice glued by three in parallel, reverse volley in parallel, tray to the fence. The most used in the drive. Regarding the second question, I do not have a fixed protocol to control my emotions. I try to be in the present and not worry about what happened or what will happen, if I lost a point or I have to win the next one.

- P: Patrick: How do you propose a match against a couple that you think is superior? And what is the player you most admire?

Whenever I go out on the track I think that all couples are very good. I do not classify them by whether they are superior or inferior. All the pairs are good and I treat them the same, with the same respect and the same intensity. The player I admire the most is my partner, Fernando Belasteguín.

- P: Antonio Esteba: What do you think the revelation couple of next season will be like?

I wish it was mine… (laughs). The truth is that it seems to me that all the new couples are very good and I do not dare to consider myself superior to any ... I think that Juan Martín Díaz and Cristian Gutiérrez are going to be a very good pair. I also trust Sanyo and Paquito although I am not the one to say who will be the best in 2016.

- P: Inés Ros: What do you have to do to get to the World Paddle Tour?

Train and take care of yourself a lot. The physicist and the paddle above all. And if it is a young boy who plays the Circuit de Minors, I would say that what can help is to play the previous ones as soon as possible, not wait to have 18 years, but start as soon as possible to go acquiring level.

- P: Padel Addict Why is it difficult for the fans to understand that some balls are played on the body during the paddle matches?

The balls that are volleyed, and from the waist down, are normal due to the style of play of paddle tennis. In a tennis doubles match exactly the same thing happens and people do not take it the wrong way. Another thing is that you have many game options and you shoot him in the face, that is wrong, but as I said, if the balls are from the waist down, it is normal. At professional levels, players have a lot of aim and this is normal. It's like talking about a football game that is played without fouls. If the foul is from behind and breaks the player's legs, that is wrong ... But if it is a foul that you touch the hand with the ball or push it, these are normal things in a duel.

- P: Víctor Gordo García: When two professional players join as a new couple, what do you agree to be a solid couple on the track?

In the Lima-Belasteguín case, what we agreed to was work, enthusiasm and commitment. We have not agreed on any results because it does not depend only on what one wants or desires.

-P: Alberto Fernández Ángel, what shovel will you play with next season?

With the same of this year 2015.

- Nerea Blasco García: Do you have pressure playing alongside Bela?

No, I don't feel pressure anymore. I've been playing with him for a whole season now and the initial stress and nervousness, which is normal at first, I no longer feel it. Now I have him as one more partner who, of course, has an enviable resume ... But I have no extra pressure for it.

- P: Facuu What do you think about brands, sponsors, etc? They have evolved?

I think yes, that paddle tennis with respect to brands is evolving a lot. There are still brands that are not so professional and should be retiring but, in general, I think there are coherent and honest firms that make the paddle have credibility. Although, as I say, there are some that are not so and leave burdens along the way.

- P: Martín Galván: Which of the new couples will be harder to face?

I think at the beginning they're all going to be very hard ...

- P: Joaquín Cantacorps: Do you find it interesting to include mixed tests in the World Paddle Tour Circuit?

In the tests I do not see it. Maybe I do think an exhibition tournament might be interesting, but in tournaments I do not think so.

- P: Joserra Martos: How does it feel to have the best player in the history of padel as a couple? Can you overcome him?

I will not be able to overcome him and I do not play with him to overcome him. What I do want is for him to maintain the same results that he has had before playing with me now. It feels? It is a privilege to be able to play with a player who has won so much and who continues with the same enthusiasm, perhaps it would not be such a privilege if he did not maintain the same desire. But luckily, Bela continues to show the same enthusiasm as when she was 20 years old and that is the most beautiful thing in her career.

The World Padel Tour team took advantage of their time in Barcelona to conduct an extensive interview with both Pablo and his wife, the result of which we will see in the coming days ... They also took the opportunity to accompany the player to the club where he trains, where they could speak with his technical team on how the rehabilitation is going to be ... Fernando Belasteguín He spoke by phone from Pehuajó !!

With great enthusiasm, Pablo Lima has started the path that will lead him to return to the slopes with enthusiasm for the first test of the 2016 season ... And if the Brazilian has shown us something throughout his career, it is that he is not lacking ambition or spirit of improvement.

The show does not stop and we can only say ... Enjoy the Game !!!
