The facilities of the King Felipe VI Sports Center in Madrid hosted the dispute of a vibrant event, full of emotion and scoring for the Spanish Cup. A total of 16 pairs measured their strength in a tournament that showed that emotion does not stop growing in a competition that increasingly has more followers.

In the quarter round, Óscar Agea and Edorta de Anta defeated Fernando Pedrote-Francisco Villarubia 6-2, 6-4. Víctor Carretón-Iñaki Rampérez lost to Carlos Vizcaíno and Javier Hurtado while Rubén Castilla-Coco Bernal beat Rubén de Diego-Alejandro López 7-5 and 6-3. In a vibrant duel, Cristopher Triviño-Luís Peinado reached the third set to eliminate Aitor Elorduy-Juan Antonio López (6-4, 4-6 and 6-2).

Already in the semifinals, Óscar Agea and Edorta de Anta, current Champions of Spain and number 1 in the National Ranking, left Carlos Vizcaíno-Javier Hurtado (6-2 and 6-4) on the road while Cristopher Triviño-Luís Peinado had to be used thoroughly against Rubén Castilla-Coco Bernal (3-6, 7-6 and 7-5).

The many fans who gathered to witness the final commitment were able to enjoy a great show at the Oscar and Edorta, winners of the Open ASPAYM Toledo, knew how to suffer to beat Cristopher Triviño-Luís Peinado (they won the first Open of the season, held in Murcia) by 4-6, 6-2 and 7-5.

It should be remembered that the next appointment will take place from June 09 to 11. On those dates the VIIth Federated National Open of Wheelchair Paddle will be held - Integra Sports Foundation Trophy.
