El prestigious Argentine coach offers us the fourth installment of his series of articles, in which he has proposed to show us that it is possible to learn in a faster and more efficient way.

Padel World Press .- If you have read the previous posts and have done your homework, you will be more aware and you will feel your body better when performing the blows and / or plays. Now, in this new installment, let's focus on what you can do to solve something that did not work well.

Did you ever throw a ball out or leave it on the net? I imagine yes but calm ... That happens to you, to Juan Martin Diaz, Fernando Belasteguín, etc.

What can you do about it?

The first point to keep in mind is that it is not the same to throw a ball out straight or to the back wall, to go to the side ... As it is not the same to leave a slow ball in the net as a fast one.

Are you going to understand where I'm going? As you are ready to realize, I want to help you to perceive exactly what has happened so that you know how to solve it.

What do I propose as duties before the next post?

Very simple: when you throw a ball out or leave it on the net, I want you to take a moment to think what could have happened and nothing more than that. For example, you threw a balloon and it went to the back wall, or you dropped it from the wall and it went to the side wall, etc.

Remember ... Just try to realize what could have happened. The most likely thing is that your head wants to be angry about the mistake made but "concentrating on analyzing the fact you will see that it does not interfere".

You will tell me how and continue in the next article.

Thanks for reading me. Good week. Greetings.

Miguel Sciorilli
