Before the publication in recent dates of a series of information linking Monte-Carlo International Sports with José Luis Jiménez, a former collaborator of the company that is being investigated for alleged irregularities in a Spanish financial institution of the first order, from MCI Sports have wanted to issue a Communiqué explaining the decisions made as well as their 'non-involvement' with the activities carried out by said entrepreneur.

Padel World Press .- Given the seriousness of the information published, the most responsible for Monte-Carlo International Sports they wanted to point out that, although it is true that MCI Sports and Mr. Jiménez, through 'Arena Entrena Padel, collaborated from November on 2016 in a joint project, whose objective was the formation of a team to participate in the Championship of Spain by 2017 Teams, there is no other link between both parties.

As indicated in the Communiqué:

"During the few months that the project lasted, the judicial problems that currently affect the businessman José Luis Jiménez were not known and we want to clarify that after participating in the Spanish Team Championship, held in the city of La Nucía in Alicante, the Team Monte Carlo - Arena Entrena Padel has not had any other activity.

In line with the above, during the month of June, once the first
information about the possible unorthodox actions of Mr. Jiménez, Monte-Carlo International Sports communicated his intention to cancel immediately all the projects he had in mind to develop with him.

From MCI Sports we regret these events, which could damage the image of the people who work for Paddle. Undoubtedly, this is a delicate fact that must be clarified but that must be analyzed as strictly personal by Mr. Jiménez, who has nothing to do with the world of this sport.

As is well known, Monte-Carlo International Sports was born with the aim of
contribute to the international development of paddle tennis in the world. Since then, he has not stopped promoting and participating in a disinterested way in projects in different countries and continues to receive proposals to contribute to the promotion of this sport internationally, always under ethical standards and transparency at the highest level.

Without going any further, Monte-Carlo International Sports has organized several international events this year in Rome (Italy), Uppsala (Sweden), Latin America (3 Tournaments of the Fabrice Pastor Cup), in which the players of the MCI Sports Team have collaborated , thus contributing to give visibility to this sport internationally.

Therefore, we regret that this situation has occurred with someone who at the time we value in a remarkable way but after a few months would be discovered as someone who could be far from our demands for honesty and transparency.
