Padel World Press .- After the magnificent sensations transmitted during his first complete campaign in the WPT Circuit, Martita faces with great desire the beginning of a campaign in which he has deposited great illusions. He knows that, along with Lucia Sainz, they have set the bar very high but, of course, there is no challenge that scares him.
With his eternal smile drawn on his face when talking about paddle, as soon as we started our talk he confessed: "I am anxious for the new Circuit to start". And, as for the rest of our classmates, "uncertainty is not good for any athlete and padel players are no exception, fortunately, everything seems resolved."
Glad to know that soon the competition will begin, with a very special brightness in her blue eyes (which reflect a lot of boldness, a great determination and a maturity unfit for her age), Martita continues transmitting that frankness, still a bit childlike, when you have the pleasure of sitting down to talk calmly with her. Great lover of this sport, could spend hours and hours analyzing their game, sharing anecdotes, revealing their next challenges, commenting on their dreams and illusions, ...
Less than a month before the start of the first round of the new World Paddle Tour Circuit, the promising player told us her first sensations at the start of the season: "I'm waiting. I have the feeling that this is going to be a great year for me. Although 2013 was magical, this campaign has started very well. The Children's Circuit is going strong, with the close collaboration of the Spanish Federation and my main sponsor, Adidas. My partner Ariana and I are prepared. There are new couples who, with all certainty, will turn out to be very difficult rivals. Either way, I trust our game a lot; We already know each other a lot and we will try to validate the triumphs of last year ".
The facilities of the Real Club de Polo de Barcelona are prepared to host, starting at 19 in May, the start of a campaign in which: "If Estrella Damm is behind, it will be a success. The girls will have eight tests plus the Masters and, from here, I want to encourage all the fans and fans to come and see us. The best way to position the female padel in the place it deserves is for our games to be filled with the public. Lucia, my partner, is recovering very well from his operation and this year we have set the goal of qualifying for the Masters. Here there are also new couples that are going to be very hard but we already have a year of travel; We lived the semifinals of last year in Granada as a perfect experience and we want to repeat ".
Regarding his next challenges, Martita said: "From the immediate future, I would like to tell you that I am going to play the Spanish Absolute Championship with Carolina Navarro. It's a dream come true and I'm happy and very nervous. Carol can give me many things and being by her side will teach me both the psychology and the paddle of the great. I, for my part, will do everything in my power to live up to such a difficult but at the same time very satisfying commitment ".
