Padel World Press - The Twins Mapi and Majo Sánchez Alayeto they are already in the Bilbao Open final. The number one duo was imposed co-strength to Marta Ortega and Ariana Sánchez for 6-3 and 6-1 and will be in the final on Sunday.

They achieved it in a match that only led one direction, that of their marker. The number one couple jumped on the track with the clear intention to recover from the Granada Open semifinal and, of course, they did it.

They tied Ortega and Sanchez with a firm and aggressive game and gave them no option. From the first beat they took the baton of the match and never let their opponents get close on the scoreboard.

With a resounding 6-3 they finished the first set and then expanded the result with an incontestable 6-1 that made them get into a new ending.

Marrero and Salazar give no option to Triay and Sainz

The female semisifinals of Bilbao Open They already have their first crossing solved. Marta Marrero and Alejandra Salazar have been imposed in the first turn to Gemma Triay and Lucia Sainz for a blunt double 6-2.

An encounter in which Marrero and Salazar imposed their padel from start to finish. His best version, which this season has appeared with a dropper, was too much for Triay and Sainz who could never keep up with the pace of the game.

They started with more rhythm thanks to the clear dominion of Alejandra with the tray and the consistency of Marrero on the reverse. Without the need for major blows, without having to define each section, couple number three imposed a sublime rhythm that few couples could have followed today.

And so the first set fell on his side. The 6-2 of the marking done justice to what was seen on the track, and they were not going to settle for less in the second set.

If the first heat had touched excellence, the second was even better. They forced every point of weakness of Lucía and Gemma, they accelerated when they got closer and although they missed the break on the first attempt, they got it on the second chance. And the third.

It was not the day of Triay and Sainz and it showed. Perhaps, it would not have been anyone's day before such a gale. The best version of Marrero and Salazar closed the match with a new 6-2 and gave the pass to the final on Sunday.
