Padel World Press - The third day of the program "Paddle tennis in the classroom" organized and promoted by Andalusian Federation of Paddle (FAP) has taken place in Marbella with the participation of fifty fifth-year schoolchildren from the CEIP Xarblanca. Is sports promotion day base, which was held at the facilities of the El Mirador club, is part of the FAP agreement with the Sports Delegation of the Marbella Town Hall.
In this way, the aforementioned activity was carried out last Tuesday, June 7, and was attended by both his own president, José Pérez, as of federative delegate in Malaga, Leonardo Gatto. Thus, the group of schoolchildren from Marbella divided into two shifts to carry out the activity. In both cases, a technical team formed by Leo Gatto himself, Carlos Lozano, Jorge Martín and Amanda Manteca made a presentation on the federation and padel to then work on the track with the minors. The exercises revolved around technical and tactical initiation, coordination games, aiming challenges and mobility circuits. In addition, the Andalusian Padel Federation gave each of the participants a gift.
The program "Paddle tennis in the classroom" It is an initiative designed by the Women and Padel Committee of the FAP which aims to bring this sports discipline in schoolsreinforce the importance of sport as healthy life habit, and work on values inherent to the activity such as respect, responsibility, sacrifice, equality or teamwork, among others, through a playful methodology carried out by technicians and/or techniques of the federative entity. Thus, conferences have already been held in Almeria and Jaen.
