The members of the StarVie Team have achieved their first title of the season after overtaking Marta Marrero-Alejandra Salazar in the final of the Galician round for 6-4 and 6-2. The Twins have won a tournament in which they have exhibited an 'Atomic' game since their debut in the second round.
Padel World Press .- It was the final expected and desired by the fans. The two best couples of the Women's Ranking would face each other, for the first time this season, in a match for the title.
To reach this commitment, both pairs had completed a fantastic tournament, in which they surpassed all their rivals with authority. As a curiosity, it could be pointed out that the hardest match for them took place in the quarters, where Mapi and Majo had to be used thoroughly to defeat Marta Ortega-Ari Sánchez (6-3 and 7-6) while Marta and Alejandra needed get to the tie break of the third set to eliminate Alba Galán-Mari Carmen Villalba (3-6, 6-3 and 7-6).
Before the many spectators who completely filled the stands of ExpoCoruña, the two best couples in the world tried to bring out the best shots of their respective repertoires but, from the initial compasses, it was possible to see how the pupils of Jorge Martínez still maintained that level 'atomic' that had exhibited throughout the week.

Shortly before, his partner Marta Marrero had requested the entrance of the physios to apply a bandage on the abductor.
Without taking their foot off the accelerator, making the most of their opportunities, Mapi-Majo took the definitive 6-4 and 6-2 to the scoreboard before merging into an emotional embrace, with which they celebrated the week-long prize in which they returned to show your best level.
With no margin for rest, World Padel Tour is already preparing for its next appointments ... After the Lisbon Challenger (May 21-28), the Women's Circuit will return to action at the Estrella Damm Barcelona Master, which will be played from 28 May to June 04.
