Padel World Press - Vibrant duels would be lived in the José María Martín Carpena Sports Palace with the matches in the first round of the female circuit that would take their winners to the final draw.

One of the first surprises experienced in this previous round had as its protagonist the Italian duo formed by Giulia Sussarello y Roberta Vinci with a very tough match against the top seeds Araceli Martínez y Arantxa Soriano.

And it was in the afternoon session where this exciting match took place with a ticket to the final draw. In the first set equality reigned, but it was the Italians who achieved a break at the end that was definitive (5-7). More equality if possible in the second set, where the Spanish gave themselves thoroughly to take the tie in a seamless match by both couples, and that had to be decided in the tiebreaker, where the Spanish were the ones that best managed it (9-7) and to the third set.

A third set that had nothing to do with the first two, and that is Giulia Sussarello y Roberta Vinci They did not leave the Spanish option, getting a 3-6 with a special ticket for the final draw.

Another of the outstanding parties was the one that faced in the morning to Sara Ruiz y Alice White againstKsenia Sharifova and Raquel Segura, in which the former had to come back to win (2-6, 7-5 y 6-4). Their match in the afternoon session was somewhat more relaxed, leaving their opponents no choice (Jimena Velasco and Ana Fernandez)  and sealing his pass to the final frame (6-4 and 6-2)

Almost a mirror was for the third classified, Raquel Segura and Naughty Nicole, who did not have it easy at all to solve their match in the morning session against Sandra Hernández y Patricia Martinez (5-7, 7-5 AND 6-3) already in the afternoon session the match was more relaxed and they managed to clearly overcome the duo formed by Raquel Piltcher y Julia Polo (4-6 and 2-6)
