Padel World Press .- The fans who returned to meet in the stands of the Central Court of the Ténis Monsanto Center they prepared to enjoy a vibrant semi-final at the Lisboa Challenger and, of course, the wait had its 'reward' for the spectators in the form of two semi-finals full of excitement and spectacle.

To inaugurate this intense day of competition, the truth is that there was much desire to see the shock that measured the forces of Nacho Gadea - Chiqui Cepero with those of Uri Botello - Javi Ruiz. The former, who started out as one of the great favorites to win this title, wanted to re-show the level exhibited in previous engagements but, on the other side of the track, they encountered the fierce resistance of one of the revelation pairs of this first part of the season.

From the early stages it was very clear that equality was going to be maximum. The exchange of blows was constant, the forces were very balanced and it was small details that ended up tilting the balance on the side of the 'aspirants'.

In a clash full of vibrant actions and impossible plays, Uri Botello - Javi Ruiz were more successful in the decisive moments and ended up with the victory by 6-3 and 6-4.

Lisboa Challenger: In search of a very special triumph

The large number of spectators who attended to experience this passionate commitment in the first person had a great time watching four great players in action who gave themselves without reservation, thanks to which they offered a sublime show.

In the first set, the attendees witnessed an intense battle, which made it very clear that no one was going to give anything away. Demonstrating his great state of both form and confidence, Diego Ramos - Rafa Méndez knew how to take advantage of their opportunities and took the lead on the scoreboard (6-4).

In the second part, Gonzalo Rubio - Ernesto Moreno took a step forward, exhibited their self-confidence and unquestionable talent, which made them force sudden death. In it, the Ramos - Méndez duo did not fail and ensured their presence in their first final.
