Reference club in the Corredor del Henares, located in the town of Torrejón de Ardoz, its complete facilities, its firm commitment to the highest quality and commitment to its customers have made talking about La Solana to be one of the most important precincts of the Northeast Zone of the Community of Madrid.

Padel World Press .- At the head of this center is Germán Carralero, a person for whom padel is a true passion and who, therefore, did not hesitate to focus all his efforts on getting to reach fans more than just a club.

Do not miss this interview, where we can see how the origins of this adventure were, what has been the evolution of La Solana during its almost seven years of life and what are the challenges for the future.

Reference club in the East Zone of the Community of Madrid, how did the idea of starting La Solana Pádel come about?

After a few years as a paddle instructor, giving classes in different clubs in Madrid, and after creating a sports management company focused on this wonderful sport, in which I taught in different urbanizations in Madrid with a team of monitors in my charge , I decided that the time had come to take the leap and launch myself to have my own club ... This is how La Solana Pádel was born.

What is the philosophy, what are the fundamental values that are transmitted from La Solana Pádel?

There are very clear and defined values, which are based on betting on the best professionals in all areas of the club, both at a sporting and technical level, and at the management level. All this has the unique and clear purpose of giving the best service to our customers.

Almost seven years after opening its doors, what assessment could be made of the results obtained?

As you say, it has been seven very intense years but, of course, the evaluation is absolutely positive. We started from nothing and today we have managed to be a very lively club, which is committed to permanent innovation and offers a wide range of products for all users.

Surely there are thousands but, if you had to choose, what will be that memory that you will never be able to forget about everything you experienced in La Solana Pádel?

Well, without a doubt, the first day we opened the doors of the club ... After a great effort, and to make tremendous sacrifices, that day a dream finally materialized.

To enter La Solana Pádel is to enter another 'world' ... You could describe what fans who visit the club can find for the first time.

From the outset, all fans will find a very familiar and welcoming club ... La Solana Pádel has a very social approach and this is demonstrated by the fact that complete families come to practice this sport. That is the atmosphere that is perceived just beyond the doors.

Managing a club with 11 tracks should not be easy. Is PadelClick's help important to you?

I must say that Padelclick was one of the best decisions we made. It is a spectacular management tool. In these moments, we can not imagine our day to day without the support of Padelclick.

There are more and more similar tools in the market. What made you bet on PadelClick and why would you recommend it to other users?

The Solana Pádel is a clear example of the commitment to the best tools in the market to manage a club. The day that Padelclick appeared, from the hand of David Morales and Sergio Servet, to make a demo of the product we saw clearly that our daily management would improve drastically ... So we threw ourselves into the pool and made the change of management application. That's 5 years ago. We were one of the first clubs to bet on Padelclick and all this time has shown us that it was a very wise decision.

Forced to reinvent yourself, how many new products related to the paddle do you usually propose to your customers throughout the year? Which ones work best?

Our activity is very intense and varied. We have a ranking of both double track and individual track, weekend tournaments, matches 'I aim', classes 'I aim' of specific hits, male and female mixings practically with daily character .... The truth is that they all work throughout the year.

Do you have in mind any new proposal for the end of the year that you can anticipate us?

Looking ahead to next season we have a very interesting project in hand, which will directly affect our school but, for now, we can not anticipate more details, hehehe.

Of all the competitions that you organize, which is the one for which you feel a special weakness?

Without being a competition, I have to emphasize that we feel special weakness for an Adapted Paddle School that we have for adults with disabilities that, together with ASPADO, has been operating in the club for six years. Their classes take place every Thursday afternoon and, really, it is very gratifying to see the progress of these students. Speaking of competition, I would, without a doubt, be able to see our Team of Minors compete and see how boys and girls continue to grow at a sporting and personal level. That gives us a lot of satisfaction, regardless of the results that are reaped.

What are the medium and long-term challenges that you still have to fulfill to La Solana Pádel?

This year we have managed to become a Club Certified by M3. We have implemented its School Methodology and it has been a great success. M3 is a group of top level professionals in the world of paddle tennis, so this certification was a challenge that we have already achieved. Now, for the next one that you propose us.

What message would you like to convey to all those fans who have bet and trusted La Solana?

To all those users who trust and bet on La Solana Pádel, I would say that from the Management we will continue working hard, always looking for the best for our clients both in the sports and social aspects.

If you had to define it in a few words, the experience of knowing La Solana Pádel would be like ...

Know the padel in its most varied aspect, by the multitude of products and activities designed for the practice of this sport.
