Padel World Press - The World Junior Championships is in question. The celebration of the biggest event in the world paddle of minors can be jeopardized by a possible nullity to which, recently, the International Padel Federation (IFJ) has replied.

And is that the World Cup for Children is expected to 12 is celebrated to 20 October 2019 in Benicassim and Castellón (Spain), but recently the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP) warned of a possible nullity for breach of some rules in its designation.

A designation that, in the first instance, had been granted to the Portuguese Padel Federation in the year 2017, but that after the resignation of this (November of 2018) passed to the Padel Federation of the Valencian Community after presenting this candidacy already in February of 2019.

Approved the new location and date - both by the FIP and the FEP - everything seemed ready for the dispute of this unique event that brings together the best of the paddle of minors worldwide, but now seems in danger.

Because this Thursday September 26 the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP) announced in a statement that up to four FIP member countries (Senegal, Dominican Republic, Canada and Sweden) They had asked for the non-celebration of the event because they had not been previously approved in the General Assembly.

A situation to which the IFJ wanted to answer with a complete statement in which he explains in detail what the procedure has been and how it has been reached until the determination of the World Cup celebration.

A series of accusations that puts in check the paddle of minors and the relations between the different federations and that, for the moment, does not annul the celebration of the 2019 Youth World Cup, but that puts it, and seriously, at risk.
